Spotting and developing talent has been a leitmotif of Siobhan’s career and she works with a variety of industry leaders (especially trade body CEOs) as a coach and mentor to help them achieve their goals.  She is also a mentor for the Government’s Create Growth programme, supporting small creative businesses, helping them to refine their offer and achieve growth.
