Catherine is certified by Henley Business School as an executive coach. She is a qualified practitioner in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) as well as in brain-based coaching/neuroleadership and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Catherine began developmental coaching after a successful career in corporate affairs, working on the Executive Committees of three FTSE 100 PLCs. She is an experienced non-executive director, committee chair and corporate leader, working and advising the boards and leadership teams of leading multinational businesses for more than 25 years.
