Clare is a certified Executive Coach from Henley Business School, accredited by the Association for Coaching, and trained in psychometric profiling (MBTI) and team coaching.

She began her career as a political lobbyist before moving into senior leadership roles in well-known national charities, where she handled External Affairs, Marketing, and Communications.

Her experience in the political and charity sectors gave her a deep understanding of decision-making in complex environments. While serving on leadership teams and charity boards, Clare became interested in how senior-level performance is driven and how individuals handle pressure. During an interim leadership role, she discovered her natural coaching style, which inspired her to formally train as an Executive Coach. Today, Clare helps leaders from various sectors, including listed companies, not-for-profits, the armed forces, SMEs, and academia, to unlock their potential and achieve their leadership goals.
