The Team
Gavin has over 25 years of headhunting experience, specialising in executive search for senior leaders. He advises global boards on appointing corporate affairs leaders, trade body CEOs, and communications experts. He is a Past Master and Honorary Court Assistant of the City of London Company of Communicators.
Tasmin leads our Agency Practice specialising in appointments with consultancies and advisory firms. She is experienced in mid-to-senior placements, having worked closely with global firms as well as smaller boutiques looking to scale. She is sector agnostic, with experience in corporate, crisis, healthcare, consumer, technology, and finance.
