The Opportunity
This is a senior role within a growing and ambitious practice, offering the opportunity to shape and develop litigation and crisis communications capabilities.
Agency experience is essential – please do not apply if you don’t have consultancy experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading client work, contributing to the broader growth of the practice, and defining areas of specialism within a generalist offer.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of litigation and crisis communications programmes for a range of clients
- Provide senior strategic counsel on reputational risk, litigation, and high-profile issues
- Support the development and positioning of the crisis practice within the wider business
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key external stakeholders
- Oversee and develop account teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Contribute to new business activity, including pitches and proposals
- Maintain high standards across client work, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Mentor and support the development of junior colleagues
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in crisis, issues AND litigation communications (essential)
- Excellent understanding of the media landscape and handling of sensitive situations
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders in complex environments
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a collaborative approach
- Commercial awareness, with experience supporting business development activity
- Ability to operate with sound judgement in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
