The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you’ll support the running of several high-profile corporate accounts, helping to deliver effective and strategic communications programmes. You’ll act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure high-quality outputs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas to help further establish the practice and its capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide reliable, thoughtful advice.
- Deliver integrated corporate communications activity, including issues and reputation work.
- Coordinate project delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Support new business and contribute to organic growth within existing accounts.
- Manage workflows, budgets and resources effectively.
- Play an active role in supporting the agency’s inclusive culture and broader industry initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in corporate communications or reputation management, with some agency experience essential.
- Strong client-handling skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and experience contributing to new business activity.
- Excellent written, verbal and media relations skills.
