We are partnering with a fast-growing global agency, headquartered in London, known for its work that has significant client impact and value. They are looking to further expand their Corporate team after a series of new business wins and bring in an Account Director at an exciting time. This team delivers campaigns that reach the right audiences, strengthen reputation and are completely sector-agnostic.

The Opportunity

As an Account Director, you’ll play a key role inleading some of the agency’s most high-profile corporate accounts. You’ll provide senior counsel to clients, oversee the delivery of strategic communications programmes, and contribute to the agency’s continued growth and success. The team are also looking for someone that can bring ideas to leadership about how to further establish the practice and its capabilities, so there is a chance to have genuine influence on the team’s direction and their strategy.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships and provide trusted, strategic advice.
  • Oversee delivery of integrated corporate communications, crisis work and reputation campaigning.
  • Guide and support teams to deliver excellent work with measurable impact.
  • Contribute to new business and organic growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Play an active role in supporting the agency’s inclusive culture and broader industry initiatives.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in corporate communications or reputation management (must have some experience agency-side).
  • Strong client-handling skills and experience advising senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strategic, high-quality work.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting on new business initiatives.
  • Excellent written, verbal and media relations skills.
