We are partnering with a high-profile organisation in the financial services industry to recruit a a talented and proactive Communications Associate. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing communication strategies that elevate our brand and engage diverse audiences across the financial services industry. You will be responsible for developing compelling messaging, enhancing their reputation, and driving engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a solid understanding of the financial services sector, and a passion for creating impactful narratives that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global communication strategies that align with organizational goals, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels.
• Create and refine content, including press releases, blog posts, internal communications,     and social media content, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and tone.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and market developments to produce insightful, accurate content.
• Monitor media coverage and industry news to identify thought leadership opportunities and emerging trends.
• Build and maintain media relationships, actively pitching stories to increase brand visibility.
• Support events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring clear and effective communication before, during, and after each event.

Key Experience Required:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different channels and audiences.
• Experience working withing the financial services sector, especially investment or asset management
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging narratives.
• Familiarity with media relations, including pitching stories and handling press inquiries.
• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
